Folprint Zöldnyomda (Sustainable Printing Company) Ltd. was founded in 1985 as a family-owned printing company. From the very beginning, the company was built on strong printing and engineering expertise, with the founders designing and manufacturing their own hot-foiling equipment to produce high-quality foil-stamped greeting cards and invitations at scale. This early focus on technical innovation and quality has shaped our approach ever since.

Over the years, Folprint continuously expanded its portfolio to include classic printing products, marketing materials, stamps, and laser engraving. As the company grew, speed, professional expertise, and a customer-focused mindset became core principles of our operation.

In the early 2000s, we made a strategic decision to integrate sustainability into our everyday operations rather than treat it as a standalone initiative. Since 2009, we have been FSC® certified and operate under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems. In 2013, we introduced audited carbon-neutral production processes. Our workflows rely on environmentally responsible materials, vegetable oil–based inks, and chemical- and alcohol-free technologies.

During the 2010s, our portfolio expanded with digital roll-to-roll label production. Using state-of-the-art technology, we manufacture durable, high-quality labels for food, beverage, cosmetics, and health-related industries, where regulatory compliance, brand consistency, and sustainability are essential requirements.

In response to growing demand for paper-based packaging, we further developed our production capabilities toward custom carton box manufacturing. To support this growth, we opened a new box production facility in Pákozd in 2023, enabling fast, cost-efficient, and sustainable service for both domestic and international partners.

Today, Folprint Zöldnyomda provides integrated printing and packaging solutions, producing labels and boxes under one roof with a consistent visual and sustainability-driven approach. Through continuous investment in offset and digital technologies, we ensure that our partners’ packaging meets the future’s expectations in terms of quality, cost efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
